When I was originally hired in 2022, my first big project was to create the brand guidelines and social stylisation from their recently rebranded website. I developed and worked with this original branding for a few years before deciding to propose a rebrand which myself and Chloe (Head of Talent) felt would reflect the credibility and heritage 84 World holds within the industry. Utilising the original logo, a black 84 with a red dot, I thought about how I would have designed the company back when it was founded in 2011. The end result was a bold, retro-esque editorial design style with minimal notes and a transparent sense of identity across all platforms and content.
The final deliverables consisted of A Brand World, Google Slide template design, Website Design & Proposal, Social Media stylisation & template design, covering LinkedIn and Instagram with corresponding guidelines for their use.
